Terms of Service

By reserving any of the rental services provided by Au Vibe (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings. Please read these terms carefully before making your reservation.

1. Reservation & Payment

• Booking Process: To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit is required. The deposit must be paid upon booking to secure the rental.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will allow the deposit to be transferred to a future event within 6 months.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
  • If the event is canceled by Au Vibe due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

2. Rental Duration

• Rental duration for the Mirror Photo Booth service is defined as either 3 hours or 4 hours, depending on the selected package.
• Rental duration for the Audio Guestbook service is defined as the entire duration of the event.
• Additional hours may be added at a cost, subject to availability.
• If the customer requires an extension, prior approval must be sought from Au Vibe and the additional fee must be paid before the event extension.

4. On-Site Attendants

• Our attendants are there to assist with setup, booth operation, and event coordination. Attendants are not responsible for managing guest behavior.
• The customer agrees to ensure that all guests comply with booth usage guidelines.

5. Setup & Breakdown

• Our team will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event for setup, depending on the complexity of the package.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the booth setup area is ready for installation. This includes providing enough space, electrical outlets (where applicable), and any other venue requirements.
• Breakdown will take place immediately after the event’s conclusion and must be completed within the contracted time.

6. Liability & Damages

• The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the equipment during the event.
• In the event of damage or loss of equipment, the customer will be charged for repairs or replacement costs.

7. Usage Restrictions

• The rental services provided by Au Vibe are to be used exclusively for the event stated in the booking.
• Any illegal activities, inappropriate conduct, or misuse of the photo booth or guestbook is strictly prohibited.
• Customers must ensure that the space where the service is provided is free of obstructions and hazards.

8. Force Majeure

• In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, etc.), Au Vibe will not be liable for non-performance. We will, however, make all reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund bookings where applicable.

9. Data Privacy & Intellectual Property

• The customer consents to Au Vibe using images, voicemails, and photos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise stated.
• All intellectual property rights for the photos, templates, and other materials provided by Au Vibe remain the property of Au Vibe.

10. Modifications to Terms

• Au Vibe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All changes will be communicated to customers before their event date.
